There are multiple ways to do this in Windows, however, using the Windows registry is the easiest and most effective way to do it. To enable, press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the run command box. Or use the search function to search for the Run app. In the command box, type the commands below and press Enter. When the Windows registry opens, navigate to the path below. If you don’t see the Edge key, create one. From there, right-click on the Edge key and select the New > String Value option to create a REG_SZ value if you don’t see the existing HomepageLocation value already created. If you don’t see the Edge key or folder, create one. Name the new REG_SZ value as: Then type the value data for the URL you want to make your home. Next, right-click and create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value and name it: Double click and open the newly created value and change the data to 1 Create another REG_SZ string value name again. This one, call it: After saving the String above, double-click it to open. Then enter the value data to the URL you want to open every time Edge starts up. After that, create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value and name it: Then double-click to open after creating. Change the data value to 4. That should do it.
